Egg Fried Rice

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

Carrots

Onions

Beans

Eggs

Garlic

Ginger

Cabbage(optional)

Soya Sauce

Tomato Sauce

Procedure:

In a big pan add 2 tsp oil, add in all the vegetables to fry at medium flame, add in garlic as well as ginger mashed paste and then pour in required soya as well as tomato sauces. 

Another side prepare scrambled eggs by using two eggs in a round small pan. Stir in circles slowly to make the egg mixture fry gradually, add in little salt and pepper.

Finally add cooked or left over rice , pepper, salt and scrambled eggs which was prepared sometime back. Garnish with little cilantro.

Enjoy your egg fried rice with your favorite juice for breakfast!
